Kate Shepard has been an area professional for over 20 years. Originally, Kate studied marketing and advertising design in Denver graduating with a degree in Graphic Art. Her interests took her to Dallas Texas, where she managed a printing company handling high-end clients such as American Airlines.

After returning to Colorado, Kate tapped into her entrepreneurial skills and started a freelance design and marketing company called Graphique Communiqué. The foundation of this successful company were high-tech and retail companies. 

In 1994 Kate decided to pursue her passion for Real Estate. Kate combines her unique abilities as a Real Estate professional with her experience in marketing to deliver unsurpassed resources, knowledge, and results in buying and selling property.

An avid equestrian, Kate is particularly knowledgeable about horse, farm and ranch properties. Buyers and sellers of these unique properties benefit from Kate's commitment and passion in this area. Kate also has vast experience with residential home sales and purchases.

Kate frequently participates in local events and activities.  She is very active in her two son's youth athletic league organization and many non-profit fund raising activities.
